For some of our customers, restricting media traffic to specific zones is critical to compliance and security requirements. In addition to zones for the US and EU, customers can now also restrict media traffic to Germany.
Zendesk integration: We launched our first third-party integration with Zendesk, allowing customer service agents to transition text chats and support tickets to live video, without leaving the Zendesk environment. Learn more here.
